Psalm 142:3 When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, You knew my path.
A warm welcome to you!
I'm glad you've chosen to follow this pathway. Now that you've arrived, I'd like to invite you to stay awhile. If you're feeling depressed or down, coming here will assure you that you've chosen the right path for encouragement. I've been where you are and understand your feelings. Through living with and overcoming depression, I'm able to share my insights and give you encouragement. You can read about my experience in my new book which was written from a Christian perspective to give you hope for a brighter tomorrow.
This book is not only for the depressed and their loved ones. It's about forgiveness, mended relationships, overcoming past hurts, getting through losses and broken dreams, and it brings the peace of God into the heart. It's a journey through emotional healing that anyone can take and be blessed.

Here's a sample: Congratulations for a job well done. Your book, "A Pathway to Healing" was right on target. I felt as if you captured the true essence of depression and the various stages that individuals go through to deal with it.
You handled the factors of the past concerning family dynamics and habits that we develop very well. The portions that talked about chemical issues in the body was also very well balanced and researched.
I'm very proud of you and it gives me hope and encouragement that people are listening when you share with them. I have already given it out as a homework assignment for my counselees and it was very well received.
